This issue was caused by a growing number of connections to MachShip. We have increased the connection capacity which has seen the connection issues subside. We are continuing to montior however all systems are now stable

SUMMARY OF IMPACT: Between 19:40 UTC on 30 Apr 2021 and 00:30 UTC on 01 May 2021, a subset of customers using Azure Active Directory B2C with REST API connections may have encountered authentication errors when logging into hosted applications.

Yesterday between 12:48pm AEST and 12:59pm AEST, routes and pricing were not returning for a brief period. The underlying cause was a cache that contains zone and location data was not able to properly retrieve information to correctly gather prices. Upon our investigation, this cache became ineffective due to a bad cache refill. We have added some additional checks and balances around the refill stage to help prevent this issue moving forward.
