We’re still working with TNT to get their API pricing service back up and running. We don’t have an estimated fix time from TNT yet, so we recommend using one of the options below while waiting for API pricing to return.
You can still price and book TNT consignments in MachShip using rate cards. Only live API pricing is affected.
Your options for now:
Your TNT carrier account uses API pricing and you have a TNT rate card loaded: switch back to the rate card. If it hasn’t been updated recently, you may want to add a percentage increase to cover your costs.
You don’t have a TNT rate card: set up flat rates so you can keep booking with TNT.
Once API pricing is back: you can reprice any consignments booked during this time.
You may also consider booking directly with TNT.
