MachShip slowness

This incident was related to high load on MachShip’s database due to a high volume of inserts into the db relating specifically to item references on consignments. Through this incident we identified a gap when creating consignments with extremely high quantity values which we have now addressed by restricting item counts on consignments to a maximum of 10,000.
We apologise for the slowness of the system during this incident.

Generate Invoices Issue - MachShip

A bug was introduced to the ‘Generate All Invoices’ functionality related to the latest improvements to the grids in MachShip. The issue caused some of the filters on the generate invoices page to not be included in the ‘Generate All Invoices’ request, resulting in potentially more consignments being invoiced than desired.
This issue has now been resolved and is now filtering correctly
