Today the MachShip system experienced degraded system performance between 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM ADST due to performance issues located in MachShip’s database systems. To resolve the issue we conducted a disaster recovery fail over to our secondary systems which successfully resolved the degraded performance. Our infrastructure team will continue to performance tune our database systems to prevent and reduce degraded performance moving forward.

Update:
MachShip was able to connect to Couriers Please server and was able to validate successful bookings as of today.

Clients should now be able to try to manifest their cons with Couriers Please.

MachShip has sent a follow-up email to the carrier to advise on the issue and will continue to monitor it throughout the day.

Followmonts systems are now back online and they have just finished whitelisting the MachShip connection
This has been tested, and data has successfully travelled and been received
