Our integration layer had an unexpected issue affecting webhooks since 12.30 pm today.
During an unscheduled fix rollout for this issue, there was a deployment problem as the fix was pushed out to the cluster.

This triggered an outage from approximately 3.14 pm until 3.40 pm as our team reverted the deployment.

All services are 100% operational now, and any consignments pushed during that time have recovered.

TGE has advised this has been resolved

Carrier confirms no server issues for generating price.
Clients can also retry generating route prices for the accounts.
Should any pricing issue arise, clients are advised to lodge a ticket with the carrier via: https://auspost.com.au/lodgement-techsupport

MachShip also confirms successful pricing and route returns for Startrack/AusPost cons and will continue to monitor.

Based on our logs, StarTrack has addressed this issue and implemented a fix as of June 13th, 11:30am AEST and we are no longer seeing issues with their API.
