Startrack has advised that the issues causing this have been resolved - MachShip is also seeing successful pickup bookings with Startrack

CTI has resolved the issue and the carrier will now return a price to the users

Confirmed after the carrier fixed the outage issue, clients are now able to get DC routes and manifest consignments.
MachShip will continue to monitor throughout the day.

Today, Cloudflare, one of the companies that MachShip uses to protect our infrastructure from Cyber threats, had a "degraded performance" issue with the Magic Transit product we use to route your traffic into our infrastructure.

Update:
Clients should now be able to try and manifest consignments with the carriers.

MachShip will continue to monitor throughout the day for the sporadic timeouts returning connecting to the carrier's system and will advise further once made available.

Update:
Can confirm the successful manifest as of to date, and the FTP connection between MachShip and FAA is now working.
Clients should be able to proceed with manifesting cons with the carrier.
