Our integration layer had an unexpected issue affecting webhooks since 12.30 pm today.
During an unscheduled fix rollout for this issue, there was a deployment problem as the fix was pushed out to the cluster.

This triggered an outage from approximately 3.14 pm until 3.40 pm as our team reverted the deployment.

All services are 100% operational now, and any consignments pushed during that time have recovered.

We apologise for the inconvenience your team and customers were caused.

Note, this issue did not affect the Core MachShip Platform, only the customers who use integrations via FusedShip and the client integrations team.
