FedEx (TNT) have advised that they will be undertaking a maintenance from 630pm till 10pm 14/2/2026
During this period there will be failures for
Shipment creation and consignment booking
Pickup booking requests
Tracking updates
Proof of Delivery (POD) retrieval
Label generation
API access for these services
We recommend avoiding manifesting FedEx (TNT) shipments during the maintenance period to prevent any processing delays.
Once this period has finished manifesting can occur
Upgrading routes for essential services

Fusedship Maintenance

On March 6 we will be conducting an infrastructure migration on our integration layer, known as Fusedship.
Our outbound IP range will be updated to an IP in the range: 103.166.60.0/23
We are aligning the Fusedship platform to be within the same IP range as our core platform.
Action required:
Clients who have IP whitelisting enabled for the following IPs, must add this new IP range to their firewall or allow list to avoid any potential service disruption.
