Scheduled Maintenance: Database Migration

Date: Thursday, March 20, 2026 Time: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (approx. 4 hours)

We'll be migrating the FusedShip integration layer to MachShip's internal database. This migration aligns FusedShip's data layer with MachShip's core infrastructure, improving performance and reliability.

What to expect

Order and data syncing will be paused during the maintenance window. Syncing between your platform and MachShip will temporarily stop, but all orders will be synced automatically once the migration is complete. No data will be lost.

Live pricing will not be affected. Checkout pricing will continue to work as normal throughout the maintenance period, however live rate logs created inside the maintenance window will not be available after it is complete. Live pricing may experience brief outages during this period but we will endeavour to keep these as short as possible.
