Dear Customer,
Due to a scheduled SQL Server Upgrade on 09/11/25 10am – 2pm, we are anticipating an outage window, in which Webnotes and API will not available, POD scanning will not process, connotes cannot be made etc.
At this stage, we are expecting up to 4 hours of COMPLETE outage between 10am – 2pm (probably less, but we don’t know for sure).
During this period, clients will see errors when manifesting and tracking consignments with Bascik.

As part of the physical move of our Mulgrave (636 Wellington Road) data centre to Clayton (Nantilla Road), the servers will be migrated to Nantilla Road and be offline from 21:30 to 22:30 AEST Friday 16th January.
During this period, MachShip jobs will fail to book, track, and pricing won't return.

These changes are required to provide better failover protections and resources for the demand and growth of the MachShip platform.
