When
Commencing Saturday December 6 22:00 (UTC+11) until Saturday December 7 00:00 (UTC+11) MachShip will be undergoing planned maintenance.

MachShip will have intermittent connectivity during the maintenance period.

Why
There are several important changes that are being applied that uplifts the MachShip posture.

Most of these are occuring behind the scenes, and have no direct impact upon our customers.

There is one change that customers will likely see. MachShip is enhancing the customer facing security by migrating to a new web application firewall (WAF).

Impact
As part of the change, the certificate authority (CA) will change from "Let's Encrypt" to "AWS".
Additional TLS ciphers will also be supported.
Support for the cipher ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA will be removed.
