Bascik Scheduled SQL Server Upgrade - Sunday 9th November 10:00 - 14:00 NZDT

Bascik Carrier advised on the below:
Dear Customer,
Due to a scheduled SQL Server Upgrade on 09/11/25 10am – 2pm, we are anticipating an outage window, in which Webnotes and API will not available, POD scanning will not process, connotes cannot be made etc.
At this stage, we are expecting up to 4 hours of COMPLETE outage between 10am – 2pm (probably less, but we don’t know for sure).
During this period, clients will see errors when manifesting and tracking consignments with Bascik.
