Allied Express has advised the below:

We will be restarting our RESTful API service between 7:00AM and 7:10AM (AEST) on 04/07/2025. The API service will be down for approximately 1 minute within this window.

During this time, any calls to our RESTful API endpoints will result in an error. After this time all services will resume as normal.

No other services or systems will be affected.

Capital Transport QLD TMS system will be down from 9 pm to 11 pm AEST 26/08/25.

During this period, clients will be unable to manifest consignments.

Outside of this period, manifests can be successfully pushed through.

Maintenance is now completed

Team Global Express will conduct a planned system upgrade, requiring a temporary outage of MyTeamGE and API services. During this period, access to these platforms will be unavailable, and we recommend completing any critical tasks before the planned outage.

During the outage, clients may encounter issues with booking, manifesting, and tracking in MachShip.

AusPost and StarTrack advised that due to routine maintenance the Shipping APIs will not be available between Sunday August 03rd 10:00pm AEST and August 04th 01:00am AEST.
