Please be advised that, during the following times, the Couriers Please customer facing APIs may be impacted by an update to an internal API

Thursday the 4th of September from 6:00pm – 7:00pm AEST

What does this mean for customers during the planned system maintenance?

During the maintenance window customers may not be able to connect to the APIs for a period of up to 5 minutes.
Customers may continue to use the APIs as usual but should make allowances for the down time.
Access to tracking on the website will not be affected.
