Previous incidents

TGE Courier has advised that there is now a 12-hour period by which clients can manifest off any consignment created before 11am today.

After this point if there is an older consignment created before today, clients will need to edit and re-label the freight for it to successfully manifest

Received confirmation from clients that they can now manifest without issues.

MachShip will continue to monitor.

Searoad booking issue is fixed.
Client should now be able to make pickup bookings with the carrier.

Verified customers can now manifest cons.
MachShip will continue to monitor until EOD.

We have received confirmation that clients are now able to see routes returned.

Update:

The team has identified and fixed the issue. Importing consignments should no longer be duplicated moving forward.

MachShip Tech Team will be looking at removing the unmanifested duplicates.
