Postmortem:
During out maintenance window, unfortunately, we saw an outage of the MachShip website.
Our maintenance tasks were to upgrade the VMware hypervisors, which is part of the best practice of keeping our IT infrastructure up to date. During the upgrade, our main external traffic facing virtual routers faced network issues that meant that traffic from the internet was not routing to our internal infrastructure, which hosts the components that make up the MachShip platform.

Team Global Express - Service Outage | February 23, 2025

Team Global Express will be conducting a planned outage affecting the Team Global Express IPEC and Priority Australia Transport Management Systems.
This planned outage will impact the MyTeamGE Rating API and the MyTeamGE Portal's Rate Enquiry functionality for IPEC and Priority Australia services.
The planned outage will commence at 6:30 AM AEST on Sunday, February 23, 2025, and conclude at 3:00 PM AEST.

Australia Post & StarTrack Tracking APIs Planned Outage - 8 February 2025

Australia Post and StarTrack will be performing a routine maintenance with their Tracking APIs and will not be available between Saturday Feburary 8th 08:00pm AEDT and Feburary 9th 4:00am AEDT.
This will affect API tracking status in MachShip until completed.
