The outage window is on Saturday 08/11/25 17:30 - 22:00 AEDT. During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

EasySend
Quick Pick-up
Domestic API Suite including:
Shipment creation
Pickup booking
Tracking
POD
Label production
ShipNow

During this period, clients will see errors when manifesting and tracking consignments with FedEx (TNT).
