We're upgrading our Shopify integration from REST API to GraphQL — a more reliable approach aligned with Shopify's platform direction. This affects order syncing and live shipping rate calculations.

What you need to do:

Grant access to the new read_customers scope in the MachShip app within your Shopify admin. This permission allows us to retrieve customer details — including name, phone, email, address, and tags — required to accurately populate shipping consignments in MachShip.

Once granted, a GraphQL Ready indicator will appear in the top-right corner of the MachShip app — accessible from your Shopify admin — confirming that the required access is in place.

Deadline: 27 April 2026

If not approved before this date, your Shopify integration will stop syncing orders and live rates until the approval is completed.
