Toll's IT team has advised MachShip of the following scheduled outage that will occur with their systems.
MyToll Upgrade and API Outage
As a valued user of MyToll's API services, we would like to advise you of planned updates to the MyToll platform within our Production environment.
An upgrade of MyToll's API services is scheduled to take place from 6 pm Friday 24th September 2021 until 3 am Saturday 25th September 2021.
What does that mean for you?
During the upgrade period, MyToll API Services will be unavailable, and you may receive notification of an unsuccessful API connection.
You do not need to take any action during this upgrade, and we will be in touch once the update is complete.
During this period, clients may face failures in booking pickups and delays in some tracking updates.
