TNT has advised that they have a planned outage in their systems which is taking occurring Saturday 11th June 2022 for 24 hours
Below is the advice they have provided:
Please note that there is a planned outage that will impact most Customer Technology functions and products for example Bookings (all pickups).
What’s the change about?
As part of modernising our IT infrastructure, we’re moving away from traditional mainframe systems to cloud-based solutions that are scalable, reliable and future-proof.
How will customers be impacted?
Customers will not be able to get to create a booking (all) during this impacted period.
What’s the advised workaround during the outage?
There is no workaround, please reach out to customer services for urgent shipments.
What’s the expected outage window?
June 11th starting from 23:00 AEST for 24 hrs
During this time, clients will be unable to manifest or book pickups with TNT. Once the maintenance has been completed clients will be able to successfully manifest TNT consignments.
