MachShip has been advised on the below by the Toll team:


Dear Valued Customer,

There will be a planned outage of Toll’s API from, Saturday July 23rd 1AM [AEST] until Saturday July 23rd 3PM [AEST]
We are upgrading our servers that support API access, during the upgrade Toll API services will be in accessible and you will receive notification of an unsuccessful API connection.
Access to any API’s via the below URL’s will be directly impacted:
- https://api.tollgroup.com [Production MyToll API’s]
- https://api.tollgroup.com [UAT MyToll API’s]
- https://b2b-farm.toll.com.au [Production TESXML]
- https://b2b-uat-farm.toll.com.au [UAT TESXML]

MachShip interacts with all of these URL's and as such during this period users looking to Manifest, Book Pickups and track consignments will see errors returned.

Once the maintenance period has ended usual service with Toll will be re-established.
