TNT have provided the below correspondence regarding a Maintenance Outage they will be undertaking on the 23rd July
Dear Business Partner,
Please note that there is a planned outage that will impact most TNT Customer Technology functions and products including myTNT. Bookings (all pickups), Track and Trace (international), Quoting(international), and Shipping (international). FedEx online tools and services are not impacted.
What’s the change about?:
As part of modernising our IT infrastructure, we’re moving away from traditional mainframe systems to cloud-based solutions that are scalable, reliable and future-proof.
How will customers be impacted?:
Customers will not be able to get quote (international) or to create a booking (all) during this impacted period.
What’s the advised workaround during the outage?
There is no workaround, please reach out to TNT/ Feedex customer services for urgent shipments.
What’s the expected outage window?
Saturday July 23rd starting from 23:00 AEST for 24 hrs
