Toll has advised MachShip of the following planned maintenance period:
Dear Valued Customer,
There will be a planned outage of Toll’s API from, Sunday August 7th 1AM [AEST] until Sunday August 7th 3PM [AEST].
We are upgrading our servers that support API access, during the upgrade Toll API services will be in accessible and you will receive notification of an unsuccessful API connection.
Access to any API’s via the below URL’s will be directly impacted:
- https://api.tollgroup.com [Production MyToll API’s]
- https://api.tollgroup.com [UAT MyToll API’s]
- https://b2b-farm.toll.com.au [Production TESXML]
- https://b2b-uat-farm.toll.com.au [UAT TESXML]
If you have any questions, please contact our integration team at integrate@tollgroup.com.
During these period clients will be unable to successfully manifest, track or book pickups for Toll consignments
Once the maintenance has ended normal services will resume
