Startrack / Australia Post has advised that the following Maintenance will be undertaken on their systems this weekend.
There will be a planned outage of our Tracking & Pickup Booking Services from Sat 20 August 11:00pm AEST to Sun 21 August 12:00am AEST. This outage is to undertake routine maintenance. Tracking & Pickup services will be unavailable via the ‘Track Items’ and ‘Create Pickups’ APIs during this time.
Platform Partners using the ‘Track Items’ and ‘Create Pickups’ APIs will be unable to connect to this service during the outage period - customers will receive a connection error message when trying to connect during this time. All other Shipping and Tracking APIs will remain available. Please note: services may resume earlier than 12:00am Sun 21 August.
During this period pickup bookings and tracking will fail. Once the maintenance has finished normal service will resume.
