Toll has advised of the below planned outage for their services on the 3-9-2022 8pm - 4-9-2022 3pm
Dear Valued Customer,
There will be a planned outage of Toll’s API from, Saturday September 3rd 8PM [AEST] until Sunday August 4th 3PM [AEST].
We are upgrading our servers that support API access, during the upgrade Toll API services will be in accessible and you will receive notification of an unsuccessful API connection.
Access to any API’s via the below URL’s will be directly impacted:
- https://api.tollgroup.com [Production MyToll API’s]
- https://api.tollgroup.com [UAT MyToll API’s]
- https://b2b-farm.toll.com.au [Production TESXML]
- https://b2b-uat-farm.toll.com.au [UAT TESXML]

During this period manifesting, pickup bookings and tracking will be unavailable in MachShip. Normal services will return once the maintenance is completed
