Please be advised during the following times Border Express customer facing systems will be undergoing scheduled maintenance.
Saturday the 11th of February 8:00pm – 8:15pm AEDT (15 minutes duration)
Thursday the 12th of February 2:00pm – 5:00pm AEDT (3 hours duration)
Why are we making this change?
Regular system maintenance is important in keeping our systems running smoothly.
What does this mean during the planned system outage?
During the outages, customers will not be able to access BEX Online and our Web API (including but not limited to consignment/pickup creation, price estimations, headport codes and tracking statuses).
Customers systems will still be able to transfer manifest files during this time and these files will be processed when systems come back online.
