Team Global Express (Toll Group) have advised of the below
Dear Valued Customer,
As part of the IT Separation Program at Team Global Express (TGE), we are migrating multiple applications from Toll to TGE infrastructure on the weekend of 25th Feb 2023.
A Scheduled outage will commence from 8 pm AEDT Friday 24th to 10 pm AEDT Sunday 26th Feb 2023.
This Scheduled outage will directly impact a number of applications and systems. During this time, these systems will not be accessible:
• MyToll Website
• MyToll Automatic Importing
• MyToll API Integrations
• TESXML API Integrations
• WebM Integrations

This is just a friendly reminder to all clients that Team Global Express (TGE) (formerly known as Toll) will be undertaking maintenance on their systems from 8 pm AEDT Friday 24th to 10 pm AEDT Sunday 26th Feb 2023.
During this time clients will be unable to:
- Manifest freight with any Toll (TGE) brand
- Book pickups with any Toll (TGE)brand
- Obtain tracking for any Toll (TGE) consignments
Clients will still be able to create consignments and obtain labels, but as above manifesting will fail.
Please ensure that you advise all your users to make sure that they have manifested all of their Toll freight by 8pm AEDT Friday 24th February 2023. Anything created after this point will need to be manifested after 10pm AEDT Sunday 26th February 2023 when the Toll (TGE) IT team complete their maintenance period.
