Team Global Express has advised of a maintenance outage period being applied to their MyToll and TESXML systems from 6pm Saturday 4th March 2023 to 6am Sunday 5th March 2023.
During this period clients will be unable to:
- Manifest
- Book Pickups
- Track Consignments
Note that you will still be able to quote, generate consignments and labels in MachShip.

Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that there will be a planned maintenance outage for MyToll API and TESXML API integrations this weekend.
The scheduled outage will commence from 6 pm AEST on Saturday, March 4th, 2023, and will conclude at 6 am AEST on Sunday, March 5th, 2023.
During the outage window, API services will be inaccessible, and you will receive a notification of an unsuccessful/timeout API connection error.
Note:
Please note that at this time, no changes will be required to your current MyToll and TEXML API integration, and it will continue to work following the scheduled maintenance completion.
