Border Express has advised MachShip of the below planned system outage:

Planned System Outage – 12th March 2023
Please be advised on Sunday the 12th March 2023 2:00pm – 5:00pm Border Express systems will be undergoing maintenance.
Why are we making this change?

Regular system maintenance is important in keeping our systems running smoothly.

What does this mean during the planned system outage?

During the outage, you may experience intermittent disruptions to BEX Online.
Should you have any further questions related to this change, please contact integrations@borderexpress.com.au.

During this time Manifesting, Pickup Requests and tracking will all fail in MachShip. Users will still be able to create consignments and print labels. Once the maintenance period is over you will be able to manifest successfully.
