Startrack has advised MachShip that on the 7th May 2023 between 9am and 12pm they will be undertaking maintenance on their PostToURL Tracking system

This is used by MachShip to obtain POD information for consignments. See below for the message from Startrack:

We’re writing to let you know that we will be conducting maintenance on our StarTrack PostToURL tracking solution between 9am and 12pm on Sunday, 7 May 2023.

StarTrack PostToURL is a service that sends tracking events for StarTrack consignments in .XML format. Each payload (aka: file) is sent to an endpoint that has been provided by your organisation.

What does this mean?

Tracking events will continue to be passed throughout the maintenance window to minimise disruption. However, you may experience a one-time outage of the service during the specified timeframe. Should this occur, we estimate that any such outage will last no longer than 15 minutes.

No action by you is required. Any track events created during the maintenance window will automatically pass to your endpoint at the end of the maintenance window.

Tracking may just be delayed during this period

Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.
