Service Outage
We can now confirm the date for the launch of the MyTeamGE portal will be Monday, 22 May 2023. In order for the change-over to happen the MyToll Portal and API Services will not be accessible over the weekend of the 20 – 21 May.

Note that TGE has updated this to start from 6pm AEST time - Clients should ensure that all consignments are manifested before this time. During this Maintenance period clients will see errors when attempting to manifest due to the outage on TGE's end

Consignments can still be created in MachShip whilst this maintenance period is undertaken but they will HAVE to be manifested once it is completed on Sunday the 22nd of May.
