Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

On Sunday, 18th June 2023, between 9:30 am and 1030am AEST, MachShip's client integration layer FusedShip will be undergoing maintenance that will result in downtime of one hour.

Client orders will not be synced to MachShip during this period, and the FusedShip platform will not update external systems.

Live rate setups will continue to allow shopping carts to provide shipping quotes, and once the maintenance is completed, all orders will be synced through.

Other than those sent solely via webhooks, any shipments missed during this time will be processed after the maintenance period is completed. Webhook-based integrations will need to send the data again.
