Please be advised during the following times Border Express customer facing systems will be undergoing scheduled maintenance.

Saturday the 15th of July 9:00pm – 12:00pm AEDT (3 hours duration)
Saturday the 22nd of July 9:00am – 12:00pm AEDT (3 hours duration)

Why are we making this change?
While we apologise for the disruption during these periods, regular system maintenance is important in keeping our systems secure and running smoothly.

What does this mean during the planned system outage?
During the outages, customers will not be able to access BEX Online and our Web API (including but not limited to consignment/pickup creation, price estimations, headport codes and tracking statuses).

Customers systems will still be able to transfer manifest files during this time and these files will be processed when systems come back online.

Please kindly ensure IP address (203.54.130.118) to your whitelist to avoid any potential interruption. Thanks.
