Couriers please have advised of the below system outage


Planned System Outage – Tuesday 1st August 2023

Please be advised during the following times Couriers Please customer facing APIs will be undergoing scheduled maintenance.

Tuesday the 1st of August from 8:00pm – 9:00pm AEDT

Why are we making this change?

Important Cipher suite and security updates.

What does this mean during the planned system outage?

During the outage:

  1.     Customers will not be able to access the website.
    
  2.     Customers will not be able to access Couriers Please Web APIs (including shipment creation, book pickups, quotes, and tracking).
    
  3.     CP systems will still be able to receive & process manifest files during this time.
    
  4.     Customers will be able to access the EDI Gateway, including EzyFreight, to create consignments and track their parcels

For MachShip clients, you will be able top successfully quote, create and produce labels for consignments but manifesting with a pickup and tracking will fail.

Once the maintenance period has concluded, clients will be able to then push data through to the Couriers Please system
