Dear Valued Customer,
We want to inform you about upcoming changes to our Customer Portal - Bex Online (https://bexonline.borderexpress.com.au/); as well as a brand refresh and some feature updates to our public facing Website (https://www.borderexpress.com.au/) which will enhance your experience and provide you with even more valuable information.
Bex Online will be temporarily unavailable from midnight Friday September 15th 2023, until Sunday September 17th 2023, at 6pm.
During this time, we will be implementing the following improvements:
Homepage Redesign – Our homepage will feature a summary of your consignment status, providing you with quick access to key information.
Settings – ‘Settings’ has been renamed to ‘Preferences’ and has been enhanced to make it more user-friendly and efficient.
Address Book – Managing your address book will now be easier and more intuitive.
Load Items – ‘Load Items’ has been renamed to ‘Item Descriptions’ and will now be easier to maintain and import.
Quick Track Enhancement – We have improved the Quick Track feature, enabling you to track multiple shipments more efficiently.
Customer Group Administrator – The user creation process has been enhanced, the significant difference is rather than assigning permissions individually, you can now assign roles to the user which has predefined permissions.
ADHOC Pick Up Cut Off – The latest allowable close time for ad hoc pick up bookings will be set to 4pm. It is important note that this change does not affect your regular daily collection. If you use our online service to book ad hoc collections, the freight will need to be ready to collect by 2pm with a latest departure time of 4pm.

A: We will make every effort to minimise downtime during the transition. The system will be temporarily unavailable from midnight Friday September 15th 2023, until Sunday September 17th 2023 at 6pm.
Q: Will my login credentials change?
A: Your existing Bex Online login credentials will continue to work on the portal.
Q: Do I need to take any action to prepare for the transition?
A: No, all you need to do is login to https://bexonline.borderexpress.com.au/ and continue creating consignments and track your freight.
