The network maintenance on our main connection proved to be uneventful thanks to our new BGP based networking setup. We were able to fallback to our backup internet provider without any downtime and to move back to our primary internet provider once we proved that the connection was good and stable.

One of our ISPs will be doing some network maintenance for 15 minutes at midnight on the morning of Saturday 2nd December.

We plan to have an alternate route for traffic to take and do not anticipate downtime, however, we wanted to keep you informed.

As part of our recent migration, we moved to using BGP routing to get traffic in and out of our production clusters, and as such, regardless of where our servers are located and/or which ISP is serving the traffic, you will be pointed at and will receive traffic from the same IP addresses, and as such, there is no change for you to make on your end.
