Please note that there is a planned outage this weekend (April 21 and 22) that will impact all domestic FedEx Customer Technology functions and products:

• Bookings (domestic)

• Track and Trace (domestic) *Note Public facing tracking will still be available, it can be reached from www.tnt.com.au

• Quoting(domestic)

• Shipping (domestic)

FedEx international online tools and services are not impacted.
What’s the expected outage window?

Saturday April 20th starting from 18:00 AEDT until Sunday April 21st at 12:00 AEDT

What’s the change about?

As part of modernising our IT infrastructure, we are migrating our backend systems to a more modern operating environment.

How will customers be impacted?

Per above, customers will not be able to access any domestic FedEx shipping solution.

What’s the advised workaround during the outage?

For Time Critical domestic services, manual consignment notes may be used. Please call 1300 13 11 50 to arrange a weekend or after-hours collection.
