Thursday the 16th October from 9:00PM – 10:00PM AEST

What does this mean for customers during the planned system maintenance?

During the maintenance window, customers may not be able to connect to the CouriersPlease FTP server. Customers uploading automatically may need to check their uploads after this time and resend any files that failed to upload.
