On March 6 we will be conducting an infrastructure migration on our integration layer, known as Fusedship.
Our outbound IP range will be updated to an IP in the range: 103.166.60.0/23
We are aligning the Fusedship platform to be within the same IP range as our core platform.
Action required:
Clients who have IP whitelisting enabled for the following IPs, must add this new IP range to their firewall or allow list to avoid any potential service disruption.
Current IPs:
13.238.140.139
13.210.209.28
IMPACTS:
During this period clients that utilize any of our live pricing and order syncing integrations may experience an outage or degradation in performance.
Specific impacts are:
- Prices not returning, or returning more slowly, in the checkout for short periods
- Orders not syncing for short periods
When the migration is complete, all orders will be synced across to MachShip
If you are using a live pricing integration, it is recommended you implement alternative pricing during this period to ensure customers can still checkout.

Traffic will originate from the new IP range following the maintenance window.
