We’ve confirmed that the issue only affects TNT pricing. Bookings and consignments through TNT are working normally.
We’re working with TNT to find more information and will post another update here as soon as we know more.

Some customers are seeing errors when getting prices for TNT or booking consignments with them. Our team is looking into it now and we’re working with TNT to get it fixed as quickly as possible.
